Last month I had a summer camp in Singapore. It was an amazing trip because I could have more foreign friends.
When I arrived Changi Airport, the first person I met was Hana (the girl on the left with a black shirt in the picture). She was very tall and friendly but I was surprised to know that she was only 1 year older than me. She picked us up and took us to visit Jewel waterfall. After that, we came back to the hostel and it was great that she was on summer holiday so she could come with us for whole trip.
First day, we have reading competition. While I was nervouse and could not remember my story, I was very impressed with Hana when she came up the stage to tell the story with very confident gesture, she spoke loudly and did it very well. When it was time to give gifts to students, there was a student who didn’t have a gift, Hana did not hesitate to give her a gift to that student. I admire her so much.
On the second day we learnt music, I was very surprised to hear her voice because she sang very beautifully, we had chance to sing together. On the third day, we went to the beach to ride a bike. Hana gave me her bigger bike which made me really happy.
After some days we were together, then we had to go to Batam island in Indonesia by ferry, I missed Hana so much. But luckily, because the plane ticket changed time, we had to come back to Singapore earlier than plan to stay there for one night. It was the best night in Singapore for me because I could have more time to play, cook and sleep with Hana.
Goodbye time in early next morning, I felt said that Hana left first while we moved forward to the airport to return to Vietnam. I hope to see her again one day. 👩❤️👩 👭
